02 · We source off-market
The desk takes the brief to people who already know where the equipment is, including surplus from a closure or relocation. Offers come back one reactor at a time.
03 · Intro under NDA
You request the pack. The seller approves you. The plant name and the owner open with the documents, then the desk introduces both sides.
