There is no public listing and no listing fee. You submit one reactor or process unit, privately, against a buyer who has already described the type.

• Accept the NDA and non-circumvention before the form is sent.
• The plant name and the owner are withheld from the buyer until you approve that buyer.
• Mandated brokers keep their sell-side commission. tx* shares the buyer-side success fee on a split agreed before names are exchanged.
